Exhibition Booth Information and Policies

  1. The organiser will assign booths at its discretion.
  2. All display materials and exhibits must be placed at contracted boundary. The organiser reserves the right to remove any infringing materials that are placed beyond the contracted boundary.
  3. Exhibitors will be notified of booth assignment two (2) days prior to the event.
  4. Exhibitors are responsible for any damage caused to the provided presentation equipment/exhibit hall.
  5. The organiser is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings or commercial merchandise.
  6. AV projector, speakers and microphone will be provided for the presentation. Presenters need to inform us should they have any request for additional equipment (e.g. piano).
  7. All form of musical performance or recording is strictly prohibited in the exhibit hall.
  8. At the end of the conference, the organiser reserves the right to dispose any materials left in the exhibition hall. The cost of disposal will be borne by the exhibitor.

  1. All payments must be made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
  2. Advertisers and exhibitors using telegraphic/wire transfer are responsible for all bank charges.
  3. Please submit the payment either by direct deposit or online transfer.

Sponsor Registration Form

Once the payment is made, please fill in the sponsor registration form and upload three documents:

  1. Bank-in slip
  2. Company logo
  3. A full A4-page advertisement and a 100-to-150-word abstract for the presentation (only for Package C)
