Advertiser and Exhibitor Information Package

Below is the information for advertisers and exhibitors. Please refer to the following information when completing the conference registration form. Updated information is available at the conference website, ppc.ucsiuniversity.edu.my

For advertisers or/and exhibitors, please send the registration form, advertisement, and proof of payment to [email protected] by 15th September 2019.

• 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Exhibit Hall Open
• 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. Exhibitor Move-out

Suggested Display Items

Books (music scores, method books, reference books), musical instruments and equipment, music software, accessories, stationaries, audio/video recording, and music courses.

Advertising, and Exhibit & Booth Fees

*Add-on option 30 minutes of showcase/presentation   No longer available.

* Add-on option of 30 minutes costs RM 250 for package B (first-come first-serve basis). The showcase will be scheduled during lunch time.   No longer available.

Advertisement Submission

High resolution advertisement in Adobe AI format must be submitted to [email protected] by 15th September 2019.

Exhibition Booth Information & Policies

1. The organizer will assign booths at its discretion.
2. Exhibitors with profile presentation have the option to sign-up a slot for showcase/presentation. The time slot for the showcase/presentation are,
   • Showcase/Presentation are scheduled on, Monday, 11th November 2019 or Tuesday, 12th November 2019.   No longer available.
3. Presenter for the showcase/presentation will be provided with one AV projector, and one microphone. Please inform us should you need a piano.
4. Exhibitors will be notified on booth assignment two (2) days prior to the event.
5. The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage of personal belongings or commercial merchandise.
6. Exhibitor(s) are responsible for any damage caused to the provided presentation equipment/exhibit hall.
7. All form of musical performance or recording is strictly prohibited in the exhibit hall.
8. All display materials and exhibits must be placed at contracted boundary. The organizer reserves the right to remove any infringing materials that are placed beyond the contracted boundary.
9. At the end of the conference, the organizer reserves the right to dispose any materials left in the exhibition hall. Cost of disposal will be borne by the exhibitor.
